Since 1986, when industrialist Kadir Adam founded Premium Textile Mills, we have grown from a textile company to a diverse business spanning garment manufacturing, trading, and auto parts. With sustainability at our core, we prioritize eco-friendly yarn production in partnership with CYCLO® and operate an Industry 4.0 & USGB LEED Certified unit. Our dedication to environmental impact and social enterprise has fueled innovation for over 30 years.

A Journey Through The Years
1989-1993
Inaugurated with RS 12,230 spindles, we pioneered a vast fancy yarn range. Middle East & Europe became our primary export markets. Additionally, we founded strategic enterprises.

1994-1998
We started premium knits Pvt Ltd and became award-winning spinners
1994-1998
1999-2003
We successfully established fully-equipped in-house sampling facilities. With our constant dedication, our export market also expanded to America.
1999-2003
2004-2008
Our second spinning unit came into being with 24,000 spindles and observed a further addition of 6,564 spindles
2004-2008
2009-2013
Our existing spindles faced a raised to 7,224 spindles. During this period, we also set up our third spinning unit.
2009-2013
2014-2018
We established Pinnacle Fiber - Pakistan’s largest r-PET processor. We also created Textile Recycling Plant to achieve our sustainability goals
2014-2018
2019-2022
We adopted advanced technology, added dyeing facilities, and expanded our production with socks manufacturing. To promote sustainability, we installed a 3 MW Solar Power System, an Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), and a Waste Heat Recovery System. Our commitment to growth led us to establish a 12.2 MW Power Plant.
