While logged in to Xero, click your initials or profile image at the top right of the screen, then select Account. If you have a 30 day skip then it should work if I choose it, regardless of whether I am using an authenticator – it is my risk not Xero’s.

Why doesn’t it work??? Same phone, same computer, same everything. Now every time I log in I have to answer the questions even though I also tick the remember me box. Workimg, my business partner has the xero authenticator not working problem. It used to work but now he has to answer the questions which is really frustrating.

I’ve joined those who can’t access XERO through using the authentticator code. Beautiful software wor,ing I think not. My issue is login is not being remembered for 30 days, so have to have code sent to alternative email every time I login, and that is easily a dozen times a day.

Very inconvenient and time wasting. Nothing has changed with my computer or how I work. This seems to be an ongoing issue. The troubleshooter doesn’t help. Everyone logging in to Xero who has access to an organization needs to have MFA enabled on their account. You only need one instance of the authenticator app for each person to be able to log in to their Xero account.

When clearing your cookies and cache , you can delete this data if you select ‘Passwords’, however it’ll remove all passwords saved in your browser. If you’d like to delete only your old Xero or WorkflowMax login, you can remove it in your browser settings:.

If you log in using a bookmark but are getting an error message, you’ll need to delete the bookmark and create a new one. We recommend only bookmarking login. You can bookmark other pages you use regularly, but it’s best to only log in from this page. If your workplace blocks these Xero domains, ask your system administrator or technical support person to change your company’s firewall or proxy settings:.
